Billing & Licences
Settings → Billing & Licensing shows your current plan and licence usage.
Licence types
| Licence | Controls |
|---|---|
| Menu licences | How many menus you can create |
| Order licences | How many menus can accept orders |
| Domain licences | How many menus can use a custom domain |
Licences are consumed per menu. If you hold 1 order licence and enable ordering on Menu A, Menu B cannot enable ordering until you free the licence or buy another.
Each menu's Settings tab shows a live used / available counter.
Plan gating
Beyond licences, your plan gates certain features:
Pro unlocks:
- Invoicing
- Item customizations
- Accent colour and the Vibrant theme
- Most bulk tools (import, export, duplicates, bulk delete, printable menu, merge, move)
Order licence unlocks:
- Orders module
- Customers module
- Revenue and order analytics
- Order and Top Items reports
- Generate QR (also needs Pro)

Getting more licences
Licences and plan changes are handled manually. Email admin@anymenu.in with what you need. The same address is linked from every locked screen in the dashboard.
