Billing & Licences

Settings → Billing & Licensing shows your current plan and licence usage.

Licence types

Licence	Controls
Menu licences	How many menus you can create
Order licences	How many menus can accept orders
Domain licences	How many menus can use a custom domain

Licences are consumed per menu. If you hold 1 order licence and enable ordering on Menu A, Menu B cannot enable ordering until you free the licence or buy another.

Each menu's Settings tab shows a live used / available counter.

Plan gating

Beyond licences, your plan gates certain features:

Pro unlocks:

• Item customizations
• Accent colour and the Vibrant theme
• The Builder (bulk category/tag reordering)
• Almost every bulk tool (import, export menus, export orders, duplicates, bulk delete, printable menu, merge, move) — see Tools

Order licence unlocks:

• Orders module
• Customers module
• Revenue and order analytics
• Order and Top Items reports
• Generate QR (also needs Pro)

TIP

Most feature gates are simply free vs. paid — any paid plan unlocks them. The plan name (Menu Pro, Ordering Pro, Business) only matters for the team member limit below.

INFO

Licenses in the sidebar is a separate feature for uploading compliance documents (FSSAI, GST, fire safety, etc.) — see Licenses & Certifications. It isn't related to the licence counts on this page and isn't plan-gated.

Getting more licences

Licences and plan changes are handled manually. Email admin@anymenu.in with what you need. The same address is linked from every locked screen in the dashboard.
