Access and sign-in

I never received my verification code. Check spam. Use Resend code on the verification screen — there is a 30-second cooldown.

My password reset link doesn't work. Reset links expire after 1 hour. Request a new one from Forgot password?.

Can I turn off two-factor authentication? No. The one-time code step is mandatory on every sign-in.

Menus and items

Why is Add Menu disabled? You have used all your menu licences. The free plan allows 1 menu.

My slug says it's taken. Slugs are globally unique across all AnyMenu businesses. Pick a different one.

I changed my slug and the printed QR stopped working. QR codes encode the full URL. Reprint them after any slug or custom-domain change.

Categories don't appear when adding an item. Select the menu first. Categories and tags are per-menu and only load once a menu is chosen.

An item shouldn't be orderable right now. Turn off its Availability toggle instead of deleting it.

Ordering

Customers can't order. Check three things: you hold an order licence, Enable Ordering is on for that menu, and the menu is Active.

Where do table numbers come from? From QR codes generated in Tools → Generate QR with a table number, which append ?t={table} to the menu URL.

Invoices

Invoicing is locked. It is a Pro feature. Contact admin@anymenu.in.

My invoice shows IGST but should show CGST + SGST. The split is derived from your business state in Settings versus the invoice place of supply. Correct whichever is wrong.

I need to change a paid invoice. Only unpaid invoices can be edited. Void the invoice and create a new one.

Images

My logo won't upload. Logos must be an image file under 128 KB.

Bulk image matching missed some items. Rename files to match item names closely, or map the remaining rows manually in step 3 of the wizard.

Data

How do I back up my menu?Tools → Export Data for items, Customers → Export for customers, and the Reports tab for analytics CSVs.

Can I undo a bulk delete? No. Deletions are permanent. Export first.
