Items
Items lists every menu item across all your menus.
Views and filters
Switch between card view and table view with the toggle in the header.
Available filters:
- Search by item name
- Menu — all menus or one
- Availability — available / unavailable
- Dietary — vegetarian / non-vegetarian / not applicable
- Category pills below the header
Results are paginated at 20 per page.
Adding an item
Click Add Item and fill in:

TIP
Pick the menu first. Category, sub-category, and tag options only appear once a menu is selected.
Item detail page
Clicking an item opens its full editor with:
- Basic info (name, description, price)
- Menu, category, sub-category, tags
- Dietary preference
- Availability toggle — an unavailable item stays on the menu but cannot be ordered
- Image upload (auto-saves as soon as the upload completes)
- Customizations (Pro) — named add-ons with an extra price, e.g. Extra cheese ₹30
Header actions:
- Duplicate — creates a copy named
{name} (Copy)and opens it - Delete — permanent
- Save Changes
Customizations
Customizations let customers add paid options at order time. Each row has a name and a price (use 0 for free options).
Available on paid plans only; on the free plan the section is locked.
Bulk work
For large catalogues use Tools:
- Import Menus — CSV bulk item import
- Import Images — bulk photo upload with automatic name matching
- Find Duplicates
- Bulk Delete
- Move Items
