Licenses & Certifications

Upload compliance documents — FSSAI, GST, fire safety, and more — for review. Once approved, they can be shown to customers, per menu or across the whole business.

Available on every plan, with no licence required.

License types

FSSAI License, GST Certificate, Fire Safety NOC, Health / Trade License, Shop & Establishment License, Eating House License, Pollution Control NOC, Liquor License, Weights & Measures License, Insurance, or Other (name it yourself).

Adding a license

1. Licenses → Add License.
2. Pick a type — choose Other to name a type not on the list.
3. Fill in the licence number and issuing authority (both optional), and the issue date and expiry date (both required).
4. Upload the certificate document — image or PDF, max 5 MB.
5. Choose which menus it applies to, or leave none selected to cover the whole business.
6. Save as draft.

From the license's detail page, Submit for review once a document and both dates are in place. You'll be notified when it's reviewed.

Status

Status	Meaning
Draft	Saved but not submitted. Editable.
Pending Review	Submitted, awaiting approval. Not editable.
Approved	Reviewed and approved. Not editable.
Rejected	Sent back with a reason shown on the detail page. Edit and resubmit.

Only draft and rejected licenses can be edited or deleted.

Expiry

The list flags any license expiring within 30 days, and any that have already expired.
