Orders

Orders is the live queue of everything customers place from your menus.

INFO

Requires an order licence and Enable Ordering switched on for the menu.

Status flow

pending → confirmed → preparing → ready → completed
                                        ↘ cancelled

Status	Meaning
Pending	Just placed, not yet acknowledged
Confirmed	Accepted by your staff
Preparing	Being made
Ready	Ready for pickup or delivery to table
Completed	Handed over and closed
Cancelled	Cancelled, excluded from active work

Status cards

The row of cards at the top shows counts per status plus total orders and total revenue. Click any card to filter the list; clicking Orders clears the filter. The active filter is reflected in the page URL, so you can bookmark, for example, the pending queue.

Filters

• Search by customer name
• Menu chips — filter to one or more menus, or All

The list is paginated at 20 orders per page.

Working an order

Each order card shows the customer, items, table number if present, total, and current status. Change the status from the card to move it along the flow.
